Islam started off as a newcomer on the block in the Arab world and was very slowly accepted by the Arabs but eventually spread to the four corners of the world. This tradition had transformed every community it touched and left a significant impact on every nation. The Islamic Legacy penetrated the hearts of people who received and understood the deen and positively transformed communities . What exactly is this legacy or tradition? How can we learn from previous civilizations and derive benefit so we can build a thriving community in these times of Global Crisis.
The cornerstone of this beautiful tradition was laid and can be seen by the life of our Habib, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This vibrant legacy is still alive today in our communities but it needs to be waken up. It is our turn to revive this great legacy and tradition.
Join us on February 15-17, 2019 at Jame Masjid Mississauga (Cooper's Masjid) as we travel on this journey together to rediscover this living legacy and recognize its relevance in this time of global Crisis. <
